In 1990, Michał E. Bartula established the Patent Office. It has been one of the first patent offices in Poland since the closure in 1966 of the activity of private patent offices by the Patent Attorneys Act.
In 1993 Marta Bartula-Toch joined the firm. She launched her attorney application in 1995. It was the first application in Poland after a long pause. She submitted the state exam in 1997 and was registered as a patent attorney.
In 2008 Jakub Włodarski joined our team. He launched a attorney application in 2015 and completed the state examination in 2017.
